So glad to see Fathers 4 Justice are back on the campaign trail against the utter corruption of the secret family courts.

These Judges have the Children Act, which intended shared residence for separating parents, backed up by the Contempt Act which can enforce any court order. But these overpaid family court judges refuse to apply the first for fathers, and the latter upon mother who break court orders. They should be named and shamed like this for failing to do the jobs they are so well paid to do (in excess of 200k per year).

I've read the book written by the protest leader Mark Harris and his daughter which goes under the title 'FAMILY COURT HELL'. The book is referred to in the photo on the main banner. A truly excellent but shameful read which exposes the farce and corruption of what takes place in these secret courts. The daughters' story makes compelling reading.

Keep up the pressure, F4J, one day justice will win through!

well done to f4j for highlighting this problem. judges must show the father more recognition of his duties and what a father can bring to a childs life.
i've read "family court hell" and feel sorry for mr. harris who had to endure years of discrimination in his bid to fight to see his daughters.
i shall be contacting gordon brown to bring an end to this farcical state of affairs in the family courts.

having endured years of torment from f4j over the years including the notorious roof top protest on my roof, i am coming to the conclusion that fathers have been treated unfairly.
ive also read "FAMILY COURT HELL" and i can sympathise with mr. harris and all other dads that have been affected by this plight. i too will like to pledge my support of fathers as they bring an invaluable element to the development of a child.

The "Family" (What a misnomer!) Courts are spearheading social and economic decline. How ridiculous that people throw up their hands helplessly when the answer is so clear. The prisons are full and youth culture is becoming degraded because children are victims of forced fatherlessness. The cross-cultural study of Bacon, Child and Barry shows that crime is ultra-high in societies where fathers are excluded. The study of delinquency by Hathaway and Monachesi shows that billeting the children with the mother after divorce is the worst possible course. If they live with the father the delinquency rate is lower than the average for the whole community. Yet the courts order the children to the mother in 97% of cases. There is no penalty for perjury in the family courts, so it easy to see how this imbalance is achieved while maintaining a pretence of gender neutrality.

Great stuff F4J. I just wish these corrupt and pious judges could feel the roar of pain that their deluded piety has caused for so many heartbroken fathers around the globe.

F4J back on the campaign trail, great to see. I read FAMILY COURT HELL too, and one of the most interesting parts of the book was where the Child Psychiatrist Dr Hamish Cameron (who lives near me in Richmond) admitted, when cornered in the witness box, too lying under oath in court and in his reports in the Harris case to harm the fathers case. Only the fathers covert taping of him when Cameron was interviewing him exposed this. But still the judge let his corruption influence the case and all the GMC did was warn him by letter to be more truthful in his court reports and when giving evidence! But Dad still could not see his kids until they ran away to him nearly two years later. Only family proceedings in open court will stop the farce and injustices dished out to fathers by the likes of Coleridge , Cameron, etc.

Judges ought to listen and our voice must be heard. The life of our children depends on this issue, and there's no way out...

Fathers 4 Justice are quite simply the greatest and most important civil rights movement of the 21st Century.

I fully understand the plight of loving fathers that have lost contact with their child/children and it is very sad. What absolutley sickens me is those fathers that pretend that they are good loving parents and make out that they did nothing wrong etc and it was their ex partner that has kept them from seeing their child/children etc.There are two sides to every story and mothers can be far from perfect to.
My daughter has been traumatised by her father and still has nightmares at 14 because of him but i have not gone to papers and various websites running him down like he has me. I am above that . So it makes me wonder what do they have to HIDE when they do this sort of thing.I too have had threatening e-mail from F4J but at the end of the day it is about my child and her best interests and i will go out of my way to protect my child from these type of people. All i can say f4j dosen't know some of their members very well at all.

What's your beef Dawn? Seems like you have excluded your daughters Dad from her, so what's your problem, you got what you wanted did n't you? Besides, if the dad is the monster you say he is, why did you have a kid with him in the first place???? If you've had threatening e mails from F4J, why did n't you go to the Police with it??? Or is it all just in your head?
