A small black getaway car used by two thieves during a beer lorry hijack was stolen, police have revealed.
Officers recovered the burnt out Vauxhall Corsa last week and said it was stolen from Palmer Close in Hounslow.
The car was stolen last October and the hijack of the lorry in Southall, took place on February 9.
Police believe two Asian men dragged another man out of the car and drove it away.
It was last seen in Heston Road after the thieves over-turned the beer lorry in Merrick Road, Southall. The lorry driver was unhurt. No arrests have been made.
