As if running the London marathon isn't enough, nurse Jacqueline Godfrey is also running in the Paris marathon in the same week.
Jacqueline, who is 29, is a new member of staff at the Princess Alice Hospice, so she has decided to run to raise funds for the hospice. A member of the 26.2 Road Runners Club she has been in serious training for quite some time.
Recently she has been carrying out some extra early-morning pre work runs and a number of colleagues have taken to cheering Jacqueline on her return to the hospice each day.
She said: "I have completed a couple of marathons before, including one in Tokyo. I love the challenge that they present to a runner. This year I wanted to do something even bigger and better and that was when I decided to do two marathons within the same week."
