Barnes Food Fair returns to Barnes Green on Saturday, September 15 for another day of food filled fun.

The event comprises a marquee and street food area with 100 carefully selected exhibitors together with a series of cookery demonstrations from top, local chefs including Raymond Blanc.

Inside the Marquee visitors will find a selection of small local producers and business offering homemade jams, handmade chocolates and marshmallows, English honey, artisan gin and home interiors together with cheese tastings from Paxton & Whitfield and wine tastings.

In the Street Food area outside the marquee there will be stalls selling food from Morocco, El Salvador, Colombia, France, Germany and Sicily – and more.

Orange Pekoe, who are based in Barnes will be serving tea and coffee inspired cocktails from their Cocktail Tent. Jeffersons, Barnes’ local brewery will also be sampling their latest brew.

Live bands will provide entertainment with a Barbershop Chorus to Rock and Roll Bands and Richmond Music Trust’s youth Jazz group performing on the green. Children will be able to get faces painted.

Entrance to Barnes Food Fair is £5 per person payable on the day (Under 16s go free) and the Cookery Demonstartions are £10 each from www.osoarts.org.uk.
