If going back to work on a Monday wasn't bad enough, there are some significant train delays to ad to the mix.
Due to a defective track between Clapham Junction and Vauxhall, South Western Railway will be enforcing a speed restriction until at least 10am.
This means that there will be 20 minute delays on trains travelling away from London Waterloo through the Clapham Junction.
"We have been informed by Network Rail that there is a 20 mph speed restriction in the Clapham Junction area due to a defective rail," a SWR spokesman said.
"As a result of this speed restriction, and to limit further delays, some alterations to services this morning have been necessary.
"We are sorry for any delay that this may cause to your journey this morning."
It is expected that until at least 9.30am, some trains travelling towards London Waterloo will be unable to stop at Vauxhall.
In addition, some trains leaving London Waterloo will be unable to stop at Earlsfield.
