Around 50 pupils and staff have been evacuated after a fire broke out in the toilet area of a two-storey school building in Twickenham.
Part of the roof was also ablaze as the London Fire Brigade was called to The Mall School in Hampton Road shortly after 1pm today (July 19).
No injuries have been reported at this stage.
Happy to report that the incident was under control very quickly and the small number of boys on site at our holiday camp were evacuated safely. Thanks to the fire service for their prompt response.
