A planning application for a four storey building has been submitted to Kingston Council.
The site, at 4a Surbiton Crescent in Kingston, is currently occupied by a small, one storey building, which used to be a hairdressers.
The current site
The application proposes to demolish the shop, change the use of the site from commercial to residential, and build a four-storey building consisting of two duplex apartments.
The proposal
A consultation on the build has been launched and will end on March 9, while the council hopes to make a decision on the application by March 19.
