The investigation into a fire which tore through a derelict house in Norbiton has concluded.
Police were called to the fire in Station Road on January 4 at about 5.40am.
A spokesman for the Met Police said: “A 31-year-old man was treated for minor injuries.
“He was arrested on suspicion of arson but subsequently released with no further action.”
“The investigation has concluded.”
Four fire engines, 21 firefighters and London Ambulance Service attended the scene.
The Victorian terrace house, owned by CNM Estates, remains as it did in the wake of the fire.

CNM Estates chairman Wahid Samady said: “We have secured the building and are working to restore it.”
