The shuttle service to Richmond Park is returning for its fourth year in spring.

The minibus, with disabled access, runs clockwise between all the Richmond Park car parks: Ladderstile Gate, Richmond Gate, Pembroke Lodge and Isabella Plantation.

More than 2750 people have been carried on this special Wednesday service, of all ages and backgrounds.

The service for 2018 will re-commence on April 4 and run every Wednesday until until October 31, between 9.40am and 4.10pm.

A spokeswoman for the Royal Parks said: "The Royal Parks are delighted to support this service, which has been funded by part of a grant from The National Lottery, as it allows those without access to the Park to enjoy the wonders of the largest of London’s Royal Parks."

The service starts and finishes at the barrier in Danebury Avenue on the Roehampton Estate and also goes to Ham, Ashburnham Road (371 bus stop) and Ham Common, Ham Gate Avenue (near the 65 bus stop).

The minibus is free and fully accessible with a ramp and steps to aid access. Wheelchair users wishing to use the service should contact Malcolm Childs, in advance of visiting, by e-mailing mchilds@thehollylodgecentre.org.uk or calling him on 07814 988337.
