The final stage of a half a million pound investment to improve tennis facilities across Wandsworth have been completed.

Floodlights on the courts at King George's Park mean that play can now continue until 9pm.

The work has been carried out by All Star Tennis, which manages 28 courts across the borough, and includes resurfacing and upgrading work at its four biggest venues.

All Star Tennis co-founder Ben White said: “This is fantastic news for the people of Wandsworth. All Star is delighted to unveil superb new floodlit courts in the heart of the borough and we welcome everyone to take part and enjoy a wide range of friendly year-round tennis opportunities.

“Our action packed programme is aimed at anyone over three-years-of-age and if you book a floodlit court before the end of February you’ll receive a free voucher to use at any venue of your choice in 2018.”
