A weather warning has been issued for London as fog is set to descend on the capital over the next two days.
The Met Office has put out a yellow weather warning as a huge bought of fog drifts over London and only London.
This will be the last of the colder weather for a couple of weeks as London is set to see some rising temperatures, according to forecasters.
Festive temperatures are set to be above average for this time this year, the Met Office predict temperatures of 7 to 12 degrees celsius.
A spokesman for the Met Office said: “Slower journey times are likely with delays possible to bus and train services. Some delays or cancellations to flights are also possible.”
We may have a windy Christmas Eve and Day but we should all be at home indulging so this shouldn’t be a problem.
So put away the sled, as it is unlikely we will see any snow this Christmas, maybe a bit of ice but you definitely won’t be able to make a snowman.
