Maureen June Harvey nee Wood, 85-year-old widow of John Harvey of Madison Connecticut USA, passed away on September 29 at Nathaniel Witherall Nursing home in Greenwich Connecticut, USA. with all her family at her side.
Maureen was born in 1932, on June 7, in Battersea and went to Chatsworth Infant and Junior Schools in Hounslow then senior school in Twickenham.
Maureen enjoyed a professional singing career in England before emigrating to USA in the 1950s.
She was employed as a certified nursing assistant in Watrous nursing home in Madison USA for 30 years and retired in 2002.
Maureen enjoyed spending time with her children Scott, Chris, Joe, and Lorraine and her 10 grandchildren. She leaves one brother in the USA and one brother and sister in the UK.
