A total of 427 new homes could be built on the old Citroen car dealer site, near Kew Bridge Station, in Kew, and its intended that 40 per cent will be "affordable."
London and Quadrant Housing Trust has submitted an application to build flats of 12, 13, 15, 16 and 18 storeys with associated car parking, cycle spaces, a playground and landscaped gardens.

Hounslow Council are in the consultation stage for the proposed developed on Capital Interchange Way.
