Wandsworth police are appealing for witnesses after an elderly woman died after being hit by a lorry.
Police were called to the scene in Buckhold Road at the junction with Wandsworth High Street on Friday, October 6, at about 11.55am where they found a woman in her 70s suffering leg and head injuries.
She was pronounced dead at 12.26pm.
The lorry driver stopped at the scene and is assisting officers. No arrests have been made.

Acting Detective Superintendent Alistair Middleton, from the Met's road and transport policing command, said: “We are looking into the circumstances of this collision which sadly resulted in an elderly woman losing her life.
“Anyone who was in the area at the time who might have seen the collision is urged to come forward with their information and speak to police.”
