Businesspeople in Wandsworth can get unique one-to-one sessions with a business advisor inside a transformed 1966 Routemaster Bus.

On Tuesday, October 17, the NatWest Mobile Business School is coming to Balham and aims to help businesses in the borough develop and improve.

People who attend can have an informal chat about their businesses and talk about their ambitions as well as their concerns.

Sessions include validating your business idea and taking it forward, assessing financial options available to your business, receiving feedback on your business plan in a one-to-one environment, strategies in overcoming cash flow issues and ways to take your business ‘to the next level’.

While places are free, you must book your place in advance.

You can also book your place on a free workshop with Nick Howe, NatWest’s regional enterprise manager.

Firms in Wandsworth are also invited to attend the London & Partners’ Business Growth Programme on Thursday, October 19, at its presentation and networking event at Battersea Power Station.

The event aims to examine some common barriers that restrict business growth which are experienced by SMEs, and ways to overcome those difficulties.

Organised by Wandsworth Council in association with London & Partners, the free session is said to be an opportunity for people to learn more about London & Partners’ free Business Growth Programme and the free impartial advice that is being offered to local SMEs.
