A man has been taken to a major trauma centre "as a priority" after being involved in a multi-vehicle crash on Twickenham Bridge.
He was treated by London Ambulance Service for a neck injury at the scene.
An LAS spokesperson said: "We were called today at 12.10pm (September 8) to Twickenham Bridge to reports of a road traffic collision.
"We sent an ambulance crew and a single responder in a car to the scene.
"We treated a man at the scene for a neck injury and took him to a major trauma centre as a priority."
Police were called to reports of a collision between a van and a car at 12.14pm.
However, a spokesperson for LFB later said there were three vehicles involved.
Police, LAS and LFB were all in attendance.
Lane restrictions remain in place.
