A man has been arrested after allegedly wielding a hammer in a row over an unpaid parking ticket in Mortlake.
The man, in his early 30s, was arrested in Ship Lane this morning after allegedly threatening a bailiff with a hammer after his car was clamped.

It is claimed the enforcement officer's car tyre was punctured with the weapon.
Police were called at 8.45am following a 999 call from the officer.
The man remains in custody.
