Thistleworth Lawn Tennis Club opened the doors of their Osterley courts to tennis players of all ages and abilities last weekend as part of the London Summer of Sport programme.
The event, timed to coincide with the Wimbledon championships, attracted around 100 players who received free tennis coaching.
Players ranged from three years old to 72, some having picked up a racquet for the first time.
Andrew Hammond, the head coach at Thistleworth, said: "Despite the wet weather, both days were a great success. I hope the young players will maintain their interest in the game and perhaps join the club to play on a regular basis."
Those joining the club on the day were given £50 off normal subscription fees.
