A man has been charged with attempted murder after a man was stabbed in Kew on Saturday.

Police officers received reports of a 25-year-old man suffering from a stab injury at a residential address in North Road, Kew, shortly before 2am on Saturday, January 21.

London’s Air Ambulance service said that, after the patient was treated immediately at the address, he was taken to a major trauma hospital by road.

Ryan Hill, 20, of Mortlake High Street, was charged with attempted murder on Sunday, January 22 and appeared at Wimbledon Magistrates’ Court on Monday, January 23.

Hill will appear at the Old Bailey on Monday, February 20.
