An appeal has been launched to find an entire family of rubber ducks that have gone missing from a community garden in Twickenham.
Julie Hill is enlisting the public’s help to find the group of “loved ducks”, which includes Ducky the yellow duck, a spotted duck and a tiny yellow duck who belongs to a little boy who has been upset since he went missing last week.
The spotted duck went missing six months ago.
Ducky, who went missing yesterday, was given to Mrs Hill by a friend four years ago and has a special place in the family’s hearts.
“We would like our Ducky back and are offering a reward for his safe return.
“The children here are very fond of him.
“We don’t think he’s gone off for the winter.”
All the beloved ducks have numbers, names and addresses written underneath and went missing from a community park in central Twickenham, TW1.
