Firefighters evacuated 19 people from a large fire in Isleworth in the early hours of Sunday morning which ravaged a shop and flats above it.
Six engines and 35 firefighters - including crews from Twickenham - were called to the blaze just before 3am on Sunday, August 28.
The first call came from a neighbour who heard popping sounds.
When they looked out of their property they could see smoke and fire from the building.
The fire, believed to be accidental, reportedly happened at Odeon Parade, in London Road, Isleworth.
A ‘shop and dwellings’ above it were affected by the fire, which took six water pumps to control it, and 19 people had to be led to safety, although no-one was injured.
The fire damaged part of the ground and a small part of the other three floors including the roof, London Fire Brigade said.
The fire was under control by 5am.
