Burlington Avenue, in Kew
A Mini reportedly flipped onto its side in Kew this morning in a single-car crash.
Hugh Alexander, who works at the nearby National Archives, said he spotted the car just before 11am on Burlington Avenue, near to the Royal Botanic Gardens.
Mr Alexander said: "On my way in to work I saw a Mini on its side.
"It was very strange to see in the middle of a residential road, with cars parked along either side. It's effectively a one-way road.
"I thought 'How the hell did this person manage to get a Mini on its side like that?'"
Police, an ambulance and fire crews reportedly attended.
