The trial of two men accused of murdering a pensioner in Tooting has been set for next month.
Stuart Palmer, 29, of Kew Bridge Road, Brentford, and half-brother Jason Lewin, 34, of Glenthorpe Road, Morden, denied murder and aggravated burglary after 75-year-old Peter Lee died in Tooting on June 1 last year.
A third defendant, Jonathan Palmer, 30, of Green Wrythe Lane, Carshalton, had been due to stand trial alongside the pair but he died in Wandsworth Prison in November last year.
Jonathan had also denied the same charges.
The trial had been delayed after the death in custody.
Lewin and Stuart Palmer last appeared at the Old Bailey on December 15 last year.
They pleaded not guilty to the charges at the Old Bailey on August 21.
Mr Lee died in hospital after being hit by a car.
