A Toad Block will be in place in Ham for nearly two weeks from Friday to allow toads to migrate.
Church Road will be closed between 4pm on March 11 and 10am on March 24.
The toad population in the south-east has declined by more than 50 per cent, with 20 tonnes of toad killed on the roads each year, according to charity Froglife.
The Royal Parks has also warned cyclists to take care when cycling after dusk.
