A woman has been left in critical condition after being involved in a hit-and-run car crash at a junction near Whitton Dene last week.
The 51-year-old was rushed to an east London hospital with serious injuries after being hit by a green Ford Fiesta at the junction between Hall Road and Whitton Dene in Isleworth.
Police were called at 1.40pm on Monday, February 1, with London Air Ambulance and London Ambulance Service also in attendance.
The driver of the Fiesta and his passenger both ran away on foot.
The men, aged 20 and 22, were arrested shortly after the crash in Warren Road and taken to a west London police station.
They have been released on bail due to return in mid-April pending further enquiries.
The woman remains in a critical condition.
