A man was arrested on suspicion of ABH and affray in Ham as police diverted traffic through Richmond Park this morning (Wednesday).
Petersham Road was closed as police invested reports of a domestic incident near the junction with Sandy Lane.
The matter was resolved at about 10.30am and the man was arrested on suspicion of actual bodily harm and affray.
A police spokesman said the arrested man was taken to hospital for assessment and there was another man who received minor injuries but was not seriously hurt.
