More flood warnings are in place in parts of south west London and Surrey as rain is expected to continue until late morning.
After midday the rain is expected to subside and the rest of the day will be cloudy with highs of 6 degrees.
Flood Alerts have been issued for the tidal Thames from Putney to Teddington in response to high flows.
There are also warnings in place for West and East Molesey, Hampton Court and Walton.
