Church Street in Twickenham was decked in the Tricolour of France in a sign of solidarity following the terrorist attacks in Paris last night.
More than 100 people have been killed, with the death toll expected to rise, after armed men staged a series of mass shootings and suicide bombings in the French capital.
Prime Minister David Cameron has warned that "we must be prepared for a number of British casualties".
Twickenham is used to hosting 1,000s of French fans every other year at the home of rugby and the street has been lined with French flags to show the bond between the two will never be broken.
