A roof fire has left a car wash "completely decimated" in Richmond Road West.
The blaze, which began just before 7.30pm on Saturday evening, caused 50 per cent damage to the building and four engines and 21 fire fighters attended.
The fire was under control by 8.10pm, but a neighbour, known as Don, said the building was "totally decimated."
He said: "The whole back of the premises just erupted in black smoke.
"They have taken the roof off and have begun building it back up."
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
