A suspected ammonia leak in Green Wrythe Lane was sparked by a "funny smell" coming from a refrigerator, London Fire Brigade has said.
Emergency services were alerted after two people began to feel ill, at about 9.57am, today at the Green Wrythe Lane Clinic in The Circle, Middleton Road.
A spokesman for the London Fire Brigade said that no chemical was found.
He said an "unknown smell" was reported coming from a small fridge on the second floor of the health centre with two people saying they felt unwell.
Both were treated at the scene by a crew from the London Ambulance Service.
