Teddington riverside development proposals for 219 new homes have been recommended for approval by Richmond Council officers.
The planning application was submitted by Haymarket in March following two years of consultation and is due to be considered by the council’s planning committee on October 22.
Kevin Costello, chief executive of the Haymarket Group, which is the borough’s largest private sector employer, said: “We have listened carefully throughout our consultation and are confident that the resulting scheme transforms the site into an attractive riverside development that will have a lasting legacy and will help to invest in establishing our new headquarters in the borough, where we intend to remain for many years to come.”
