A street photographer from North Sheen showcased her latest prints at the Rotterdam International Art Fair earlier this month.
Nicola Albon, of Sheen Road, usually photographs the streets of London, but she turned her lens away from the streets and into the windows of cafes, restaurants, shops and even toilets.
The series of photographs, called London Through a Window, began as Ms Albon’s way of taking photos at night after finding little time to go out with her camera in the day.
Ms Albon said: "As a street photographer I observe life as it’s lived. I don’t ask people to pose, of course they sometimes do, and I don’t set up scenes to photograph.
"Street photographers don’t know or engage with the people we’re photographing.
"That detachment is important in street photography. I want to observe without being observed.
Her photographs were displayed at the art fair in the Netherlands in a church called Laurenskerk on September 12 and 13.
