Motorists and cyclists have been warned of further delays to traffic in Twickenham town centre for the next few months.
The multimillion pound Twickenham Rediscovered project reaches its next phase, with a new junction being constructed at London Road, King Street and York Street.
Work will be done in two phases, with the first seeing London Road closed at the junction, with all traffic diverted via York Street and Arragon Road.
The second will see York Street closed with traffic diverted via London Road and Arragon Road.
The work will take place between August 11 to 25.
Council cabinet member for transport Councillor Stephen Speak said: "The council is giving motorists and cyclists as much warning as possible of the potential delays, which have been planned for the school holidays to minimise congestion.
"I’m certain residents will understand the need to close the roads for a limited period to enable this work to be completed."
