More than 200 people celebrated the start of World War I commemorations in the borough at a special service.

The mayor’s civic service, held in St Mary the Virgin Church, Twickenham, on the last Sunday of June marked the start of Richmond Council's First World War commemorations.

More than £1,000 was donated to Councillor Jane Boulton’s chosen charities - Homelink and Momentum.
