The plan for new homes opposite the train station were unveiled in Twickenham this weekend.
The Brewery Wharf development will feature 28 gates homes and 71 one and two bedroom flats when the build is completed in 18 to 24 months.
Plans for prospective buyers were on show on Saturday, June 28 and Sunday, June 29.
Award-winning developer St James is behind the project, which features a public piazza, water feature and two restaurants opposite Twickenham train station.
The site’s history has been taken into account when designing the development, as it was a brewery and more recently a Post Office sorting depot.
Paul Hopkins, managing director of St James Group (North), said: “Brewery Wharf will be the first significant new build development in the area of this size and scale for many years, so we have designed it not only to create a desirable place to live, but also to have a positive impact on its locality.
“Given the number of enquiries we have already received from the hoardings surrounding the building works, there is definitely an appetite for new homes in Twickenham.”
The properties are priced from £450,000.
