A swinging six-piece will deliver an exciting mix of retro 60s and 70s soul and blues and Latin grooves this summer.
Dave Turner’s Hammond-led band, Salamander, will add a dash of Santana and a touch of Georgie Fame when they play at the Bull’s Head pub.
The famous music venue, known as the suburban Ronnie Scott's, has seen top musicians including Jamie Cullum, Mick Jagger and Peter King perform under its roof.
Together with the distinctive vocals of Vicki Edwards, one of the best young singers on the circuit today, Salamander will reach out and wow the audience at the top jazz venue.
Salamander with Vicki Edwards; the Bull’s Head, 373 Lonsdale Road, Barnes; July 3; 8.30pm; £8 advance, £10 on the door; thebullshead.com or 020 8876 5241.
