Police are searching for a man who stabbed pub regulars over an argument about last orders.

Dean Gary Chilver, 27, formerly of Stormont Way, Chessington, is wanted on recall to prison after absconding on June 5.

In December 2011 he was given a three-and-a-half year prison sentence for a bloody attack captured on CCTV at the North Star pub in Hook on March 19 that year.

Chilver had six previous convictions for 15 offences when he was sentenced. He had also just completed a prison term for hitting someone over the head with a bottle, leaving them needing 15 stitches.

Police believe Chilver may be in the Kingston or Richmond area travelling in different vehicles.
