Not working: Traffic lights are off on Kew Bridge
Drivers have been warned to approach Kew Bridge with care due to a traffic light failure.
The broken lights on Kew Bridge at the junction with Kew Bridge Road and Spring Grove means traffic is piling up.
Traffic from Kew Bridge Road cannot turn right on to Kew Bridge.
