Firefighters were called to a blaze in a loft conversion last night.
The fire in the two-storey terraced house in Duncan Road, Richmond, caused 20 per cent damage to the property.
Fire crews from Richmond and Chiswick were called to the house by a neighbour who saw smoke coming out of the property at about 5.30pm yesterday, April 10.
No one was injured and the homeowners are away on holiday.
Firefighters used breaking-in equipment to get into the house.
