A quiz night hosted by the Rotary Club of Kew Gardens has raised £2,720 for charity.
There were 19 teams competing in the quiz at St Luke’s in the Avenue, Kew, on Friday, March 14, and the hefty sum was split between Integrated Neurological Services, Kew Community Trust, Three Wings and the Princess Alice Hospice, while a fraction went to the club itself.
Rotary Club president Sue Sheffer said: “It was a very good evening. The money we take goes towards our local, national and international work.
“Every penny is spent and nothing goes on admin.”
