Richmond’s district nurse team leader recently delivered a talk to healthcare professionals about the future of nursing and the success of the borough’s nursing teams.
Gail Goddard, who was awarded the prestigious Queen’s Nurse award in April last year, spoke at the Westminster briefing event about how Hounslow and Richmond Community Healthcare NHS Trust’s nursing teams is developing and improving efficiency.
She said: “I felt honoured to be asked to speak at this event about the important role that district nurses have on delivering vital care to house bound patients in the community.”
