If you have ever dreamed of having your own personal cook, you are in luck.
A Twickenham man is offering his exquisite culinary skills in exchange for sponsoring him in this year’s London marathon.
Barlow Yacoob, catering manager at St Joseph’s Hospice in Hackney, aims to raise £2,000 in aid of the hospice.
He said: “I love hosting, and making people happy with food.
“It is what I’ve been doing for most of my professional life.
“To do it for such a deserving cause will make it even more worthwhile.”
If you would like Mr Yacoob to cook for you in return for sponsorship, or would like some more information on his cook-ins, email barlowyacoob@yahoo.co.uk.
