A man and a woman were taken to hospital this afternoon after an accident in Nightingale Lane.
Part of Petersham Road at the junction with Nightingale Lane was closed after the accident at about 12.15pm, but has now re-opened.
A young boy was treated at the scene by the London Ambulance Service but was not taken to hospital.
A man was taken to Kingston Hospital with back injuries and a woman, suffering from chest pains, was taken to West Middlesex Hospital.
