A health trust is encouraging people to live better and stick to their new year’s resolutions for 2014.
Health trainers from the NHS Hounslow and Richmond healthcare trust’s Live Well service took to the streets to help people with their new year’s resolutions.
Tips included making your resolutions into goals, writing them down, being realistic, creating a monthly plan and not giving up.
Mike Hughes, manager of the Live Well service, said: “Whether your new year resolution is to lose weight, quit smoking, be more active, drink less or live healthier, our Live Well team are here to help you get there with our free, dedicated support and guidance.”
Live Well is a free health improvement service available to anyone over the age of 16 who either lives or is registered with a GP in Richmond.
