Children from a hospice were showered with gifts by football players when they visited during Christmas.
Players from AFC Wimbledon brought gifts to the children when they visited the Shooting Star Chase on December 19.
Players including Seb Brown, Alan Bennett and Ross Worner as well as manager Neal Ardley went to the hospice, which cares for children and teenagers with life-limiting conditions.
