Kew Insurance turns purple for charity
Office workers in Richmond draped themselves, and their team’s dog, in purple to raise money for people with epilepsy.
The team at Kew Insurance in Richmond wore purple outfits, ate purple cupcakes and dressed the office’s dog, Basil, in purple on Tuesday, August 13, to raise money for charity David Lewis.
Kew’s managing director David Boynette said: “We have chosen David Lewis as our quarterly charity, as it is a smaller charity, without access to substantial funds.
“As a company, Kew Insurance is keen to support the smaller unsung charities which do such an amazing and worthwhile job supporting the disadvantaged in our society.
“David Lewis is dedicated to improving the life experiences of people with complex epilepsy, autism, learning and physical disabilities and does some incredible work.”
The company sent a £150 cheque to the charity and staff made individual donations.
