A man has been charged with the manslaughter of Patrick Lawless, who died following a fight in Teddington last November.

Patrick Conway, 21, of St John's Road, East Molesey, appeared at South Western Magistrates' Court on Thursday, June 6, charged with the manslaughter of Mr Lawless from Twickenham.

Inigo Anderson, 21, of Queenswood Avenue, Hampton, also appeared in custody charged with ABH.

Both men were bailed to appear at Kingston Crown Court June 19.

Mr Lawless died after a fight broke out outside the Royal Oak, in Teddington High Street, at 9.50pm, on Saturday, November 10, last year.

Residents watched from their houses as noise from a group of about 40 drinkers got louder and escalated into an alleged street brawl, with people smashing glass and throwing punches.

Two men were taken to hospital and one of them suffered serious head injuries.

Police linked the incident with the death of St Mary’s University College student Mr Lawless, who collapsed in nearby Field Lane at 12.30am on Sunday, November 11.

On Wednesday, June 5, three men were charged with offences in Teddington in November 2012.

Aaron Noonan, 21, of Brick Farm Close, Richmond was charged with violent disorder and will appear at South Western Magistrates' Court on June 25.

Max Mears, 19, of Temple Sheen Road, East Sheen, was charged with violent disorder and will appear at South Western Magistrates' Court on June 25.

Ben Axelrod, 26, of Station Approach, Epsom, was charged with violent disorder and will appear at South Western Magistrates' Court on June 26.

On Tuesday, June 4, three other men were charged with offences in Teddington in November 2012.

James Hales, 21, of Rectory Grove, Hampton, appeared in custody at South Western Magistrates' Court on June 5, charged with two counts of GBH and violent disorder.

He will appear at Kingston Crown Court on June 19.

Edward Thompson-Membury, 21, of Pollard Street, Tower Hamlets, is bailed to appear at South Western Magistrates Court on June 25, charged with violent disorder.

Callum Hurley, 20, of Fulmer Close, Hampton, is bailed to appear at South Western Magistrates' Court on June 25, charged with violent disorder.
