A man will face trial after denying two charges of rape and one of attempted rape.
Brian Witty, 42, of Twickenham Road, Teddington, pleaded not guilty to the three charges put to him when he appeared at Kingston Crown Court on Friday, March 22.
He is alleged to have raped a woman in Hull in December 1997, a woman in London in January 1998 and attempted to rape a woman in Teddington in June 2009.
He is due to return to the same court for a pre-trail review on May 24.
