Former Teddington dairy could be turned into homes
3:49pm Wednesday 13th February 2013 in News By Clare Buchanan
A former dairy, milk float depot and builder’s merchant yard could be turned into 36 new homes.
Developer London Square has applied for planning permission to demolish the existing buildings and redevelop the site at 101, 103 and 105 Waldegrave Road, Teddington.
The plans include 18 three and four-bedroom townhouses and 18 one to three-bedroom flats, some of which will be affordable housing.
The development will also include 60 basement car parking spaces, 48 cycle spaces and communal garden and courtyard spaces.
A consultation on the proposal is under way and people can view and comment on the plans, which are available on Richmond Council’s website.
The council is due to make a decision on the plans by Saturday, March, 2.
