Richmond dance festival open for entrants

Budding dancers can enter a community festival that aims to inspire.

RichDance gives people to opportunity to perform to their family, friends and the general public as part of a borough-wide festival.

The annual event was set up in 2002 to celebrate innovative dance through community participation, performances from young dance companies from across the country and emerging choreographers.

This year’s festival will take place at Hampton School from April 20 to 21.

Applications are now open and will close on Friday, February 8.
